Biography:
Heaton Photography Landscape Designs is owned and operated by Professional Photographer David Heaton. David specializes in natural color landscape and close-up photography. David has been in photography for over 22 years with Portrait Studios in Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. He served as the President and board member of the Professional Photographers of Nevada. In 1994 he established Landscape Designs for stock photography and fine art sales. His photographs have been created using professional equipment and the latest technology has to offer. David strives to capture special moments in time and in beautiful places, that are not easily seen by others. His objective is to capture these moments by using the highest quality methods/techniques possible and to display to others what he witnessed or visualized. David's desire is to discover, enjoy, record and share the wonderful beauty of our Earth. David was born in Nevada but spent most his life growing up in Utah. David has been involved with the world of art since he was very young and after many years of working as a Professional Portrait Photographer he discovered a love and talent for Landscape photography. Now photography is the key to expressing his artistic and creative emotions.
He has always had a passion for the natural beauty that surrounds us, which is so often missed or taken for granted. David now lives in Utah, where he was inspired to photograph the vast beauty in and around the SouthWest. To present "The Earth's Beauty", as he sees it, David spends much of his time traveling, hiking, backpacking and camping to be in harmony with nature and to artistically express his emotions. David is a Professional Photographer who thoroughly enjoys using a camera as the tool to paint his visions.
